Run, swim, or bike — just get to the Fry Family Y for Road to Kona, our annual indoor triathlon challenge!

From April 10 through April 30, participants will swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, and run 26.2 miles.

Take on the challenge solo or in a group. This year, we’re inviting families with youth ages 9 and older to join! Participants will receive Y swag and free youth swim lessons. Also, we’re throwing a post-event party!
